While the lady was making my salad, I picked up Food Should Taste Good Sweet Potato tortilla chips and a Dole Mixed Fruit cup because I feel like I'm still going to be starving after all this.
I'm going to see how I feel during spinning but I think I should be fine... I've gone to a class with less in my stomach than this.
Definitely hitting up Trader Joe's after spinning so I can stock up on fruit, veggies, and nuts.
Thus far my grocery list includes:
- almond milk, chickpeas, hummus, carrots, celery, quinoa, cilantro, tomatoes, frozen pineapples, spinach, bananas (to make Brittany's morning smoothie), edamame, bag of mixed veggies, maple syrup (ha), corn tortilla chips, cocoa, tea bags, salsa (or pico de galla), lots and lots of lettuce for wraps, lime, lemons, avocados, gluten free oatmeal, gluten free pasta (fettuccine), nutritional yeast (?? i know... there's a recipe that requires this), guacamole, black beans, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, arrowroot powder, raw buckwheat groats, coconut whipped cream, cucumber, asparagus, green apples, grapefruit, celery, coconut oil, mint leaves, frozen mango, hemp hearts, red onion, basil leaves, sun dried tomatoes, garlic, kale, and raw hazelnuts
